Payment gateway is a piece of technology that securely processes online transactions, allowing customers to securely pay for your products or services. You can think of it as the digital version of the machine you’re used to seeing at checkout. A gateway securely tokenizes or encrypts payment information into a digital package and moves that package between your customer’s and your business’ bank accounts. Each payment processor offers some form of payment gateway, some with more features than others.
So, yes. the fee supported by the customer is 2.5% of the total value.

*All reservations must be made through our website.
*All mandatory data requested at the time of booking are for the exclusive use of Tour Ride north Portugal and in a strictly confidential format;
*All reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance;
*All tours only operate with a minimum of 2 people and Tour Ride north Portugal reserves the right to cancel if the minimum number of participants is not met;
*Tour Ride north Portugal is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal objects that occurs outside our vehicles;
Delays and “NO-SHOW”:
*Whenever possible, we allow a maximum customer waiting time of 10 minutes. In prepaid services there will be no refund in case of delay or “no-show”;
*If the Tour Ride north Portugal is late without having given a minimum of 20 minutes notice, the prepaid amount will be refunded;
*Delay notice is always made by Tour Ride north Portugal to the customer (if they have provided telephone contact) or to the Hotel, which will keep a record of our delay communication;
*If Tour Ride north Portugal fails to respect the agreed time, and has not given notice of delay, it will assume the transport costs that the customer may have incurred in accordance with the service they contracted;
*If the scheduled arrival time at the airport is delayed, the customer must contact Tour Ride north Portugal so that they can reschedule the arrival time.
Payment methods:
*Payment must be made partially (20%) or in full via Paypal, Bank transfer or Apple Pay;
*Services booked and carried out on the same day must be paid in cash.
Refunds – Tours and Transfers:
*Cancellations of prepaid services made up to 48 hours will be entitled to a full refund.
*Canceling prepaid services within a period of less than 48 hours will be charged 25% of the service not performed;
*Canceling prepaid services within a period of less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service not performed;
Reimbursement costs to be borne by the customer.
