Reservation Policy

Tour Reservations:

  • All reservations must be made through our website.

  • All mandatory data requested at the time of reservation is used exclusively by Tour Ride North Portugal and is kept strictly confidential.

  • All reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • All tours operate only with a minimum of 2 people, and Tour Ride North Portugal reserves the right to cancel tours if the minimum number of participants is not met.

  • Tour Ride North Portugal is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings that occur outside our vehicles.

  • The advertised prices apply to private tours. Shared/semi-private tours have reduced prices.

Delays and “NO-SHOW”:

  • Whenever possible, we allow a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes for client delays. For prepaid services, there will be no refund in case of delay or “no-show”.

  • If Tour Ride North Portugal is delayed without providing a minimum of 20 minutes’ notice, the prepaid amount will be refunded.

  • The notice of delay is always given by Tour Ride North Portugal to the client (if the client has provided a phone number) or to the hotel, which will keep a record of our communication.

  • If Tour Ride North Portugal fails to meet the agreed schedule without giving notice of delay, it will cover the transportation expenses that the client may incur based on the contracted service.

  • In case of delay in the scheduled arrival time at the airport, the client should contact Tour Ride North Portugal to reschedule the arrival time.

Payment Methods:

  • Payment must be made partially (20%) or in full via PayPal, bank transfer, or Apple Pay.

  • Services booked and performed on the same day must be paid in cash.

Refunds – Tours and Transfers:

  • Cancellations of prepaid services (full payment) made up to 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded. The refund will be processed within 7 days.

  • Cancellations of prepaid services (full payment) within a period of less than 48 hours will be charged 25% of the unused service. Refund expenses are borne by the client.

  • Canceling prepaid services (full payment) within a period of less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service not performed;        
  • Cancellations with partial payment (20%) will not be refunded if canceled within less than 7 days. If canceled more than 7 days before the tour, a full refund will be provided (refund expenses are borne by the client).
